Hi:) Sreemathy here:) WOW!! Your meals are actually quite healthy..... when compared to the recommended number of servings for each category in the pyramid, your servings are more or less the same:) This shows that you have a healthy life:) However, I think that you could cut down on the meat that you eat as it seems to be more than the recommended amount. If you do so, your life will be happy ever after:)
